Karina's Story

Karina Gonzalez is an artist from Sugar Hill, Georgia. She grew up dancing in her mother’s studio: ALL STARS Performing Arts Academy, since the age of five.

Being a very passionate child, she also grew up with an interest in acting and was able to do a few commercials at the early age of four.

When she was eleven, she attended the Bolshoi Ballet Summer Intensive in Connecticut with a scholarship.

Along with her mom’s dance studio, her father owned the ALL STARS Rock Academy where she pursued her bass playing.

She opened for Travis Tritt at The Bowl in Sugar Hill, playing bass guitar in her brother’s band. Which fueled her passion for music even more.

It wasn’t until age thirteen when she realized she could combine her interests of dance, acting, and music, and began diving into Musical Theatre. With learning different choreographies to shows such as "Newsies", "Hamilton", "42nd Street", and more, her passion grew.

Since her education at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, class of '25, she has already performed in shows such as "West Side Story", and "Evita" regionally. And, even has been involved in original workshops both as an actor and as a choreographer.
